Cereal - hot oatmeal (Hot when cereal is cooked), cold cereals (ask for variety) With: banana, 2% milk, whole milk, lactose free milk.
Fruit Plate - Seasonal
Additional Items - yogurt, juice, fruit smoothie, 2% or lactose free milk, coffee with milk or coffee black, house tea, Arnica tea (healing herbal), toast, butter, jelly, Quesadilla (melted cheese in folded tortilla) corn tortilla or flour tortilla.
LUNCH
Bowl of Soup of the Day (please ask)
Caldo de Pollo – broth with chicken chunks and vegetables, served with Mexican style rice.
Grilled Chicken Breast – juicy seasoned chicken breast, We serve it with mashed potatoes or rice and vegetables.
Turkey Meat balls, a classic Mexican dish - our house made turkey meat balls with vegetables and rice in a light tomato sauce (usually spicy).
Creole Fish Fillet – pan or oven grilled white fish fillet in a tomato sauce with green pepper, onions and olives, served with white rice and plantains.
Chicken Fajitas, a popular Mexican dish - chicken strips, onions, tomatoes, green pepper. We suggest you try them with refried beans.
Quesadilla (melted cheese in folded tortilla) corn tortilla or flour tortilla with refried beans and rice.
Tuna Salad – a fresh option for lunch or dinner. Served over a bed of crisp lettuce and tomatoes; dressings - house vinaigrette, light creamy cilantro, light creamy ranch or light mayonnaise.

DINNER
Sandwiches – turkey ham, chicken salad, tuna salad, fresh panela cheese; with whole wheat bread, mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce, tomato.
Salads – chicken, tuna or green, finely dressed with crisp lettuce, tomatoes and your choice of crackers or corn tostadas.

Chicken taquitos pan fried – chicken, cheese, lettuce, sour cream with light Mexican salsa
