We have designed our own MENU, with the advice of a nutriologist. Our Menu includes delicious and assorted meal options, prepared fresh every day, for our guests to make their own selection.
To simplify your selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner, only highlight your preferences for TOMORROW and give this sheet to your care giver TONIGHT.

BREAKFAST:
A.EGGS: Soft boiled or hard boiled or scrambled or fried or Mexican style or omelet. With: turkey ham or cheese or turkey bacon or veggie.
B. CEREAL: Warm Oat meal or Cold Boxed cereals (ask for varieties on both)
With: banana and with 2%milk or lactose free milk
C. FRUIT PLATE: With: Cottage cheese or with yogurt and granola?
EXTRAS for breakfast: 1. fruit 2. Juice 3. 2% or lactose free milk 4. Coffee with milk or without milk, 5. Tea, 6. Toast 7. Butter 8. JELLO. 9. Quesadilla (melted cheese in folded tortilla) or Sincronizada (melted cheese with turkey ham in folded tortilla) with corn tortilla OR flour tortilla.
LUNCH: Bowl of Soup of the day or Bowl of Cream of the day
A. Caldo de Pollo: substantial Chicken Broth with big chunks of chicken meat and vegetables. We serve it with Mexican style rice and it’s an excellent option as an only dish for lunch or dinner.
B. Grilled Chicken Breast: Juicy seasoned chicken breast with home made adobo. Served with steam vegetables and rice.
C. Chicken with Mushroom Sauce or with Adobo: Skinned and boneless chicken thighs, covered with our light, but exquisite sliced mushroom’s sauce or on an Achiote and orange home made adobo. We serve it with mash potatoes but rice goes fine with it as well and vegetables.
D. Turkey Meat Balls: Classic Mexican dish made of grind turkey meat with chopped vegetables in a light tomato sauce. It is usually a little hot, but we avoid the “Chile chipotle” for our guests. We serve it with rice and fresh vegetables.
E. Lime Salmon Fillet: Soft and juicy! We prepare it with fresh parsley leaves from our garden .We serve it with whole wheat pasta and vegetables.
F. Creole Fish Fillet: Grilled white fish fillet covered with a tomato sauce that comes with slices of green pepper, onion and olives. We serve it with white rice and plantains. Or do you rather have it just grilled???
G. Chicken Fajitas: The popular Mexican dish made with chicken stripes, onion, tomatoes and green pepper. We suggest to try them with refried beans.
H. Tuna Salad Stuffed Tomatoes: This is a fresh choice for lunch or dinner. We serve it over a bed of crispy lettuce with sliced hard boiled eggs.
DINNER:
A. SANDWICHES: Tuna Salad, Turkey Ham, Chicken Salad or white fresh Panela Cheese.
We prepare our sandwiches with light mayo, mustard, lettuce and tomato over whole wheat bread. OR

B. HAMBURGER: Turkey or Veggie. With bun or without bun. With cheese or without cheese. We serve them with Lettuce and Tomato.
C. SALADS: Chicken, Tuna, Surimi OR Salmon: These finely dressed salads with fresh herbs from our own garden are prepared with light mayo. A big scoop over a bed of crispy lettuce, tomatoes and hard boiled eggs, and you can have the choice of crackers or corn tostadas.
D. Grilled Chicken Green Salad: Lettuce leaves with slices of grilled chicken breast. You can add some slices of tomato and some more of cucumber, squares of manchego cheese, sun flower seeds or how would you like it? Let us know:
